Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) auctioned treasury bills (T-bills) at a total value of EGP 98 billion through two tranches on Thursday, 16 October.

The first tranche stood at EGP 38 billion and will mature in 182 days on 21 April 2026, according to official data.

Meanwhile, the second offering was valued at EGP 60 billion, holding a tenor of 364 days until 20 October next year.
